
The aim of the center is to build a community of researchers (academic and non-academic) that will work to adapt and develop models of complex systems in the realm of sustainability that are suitable for the Israeli reality. The Archimedes center collaborates with various Israeli government ministries in joint applied research projects and supports decision-making processes. The center offers research scholarships, building and expanding research groups, conferences and more to create group collaborations. The center's activities include the recruitment of extensive research grants, relevant in Europe and in IIASA member countries. Join us to receive updates on the opportunities at the center.

Archimedes Seminar | urban mobility as a complex system
The Archimedes Center hosts a monthly seminar in which the center’s researchers present their work across a variety of fields. In the sixth session, taking place on May 4, Prof. Efrat Blumenfeld-Lieberthal will give a lecture to discuss urban mobility as a complex system.
