In January, IIASA Director General Hans Joachim (John) Schellnhuber visited Israel as part of an effort to deepen scientific cooperation and advance discussions on Israel’s continued membership in IIASA. A new study addresses the threat to global supply chains and Israel’s level of preparedness, against the backdrop of the war and climate change. The study was conducted by Galit Cohen, Prof. Vered Blass, and Dr. Amit Ashkenazy.
