A new study conducted in collaboration with Galit Cohen (INSS) and Prof. Vered Blass and Dr. Amit Ashkenazy from the Archimedes Center at Tel Aviv University points to a dangerous dependence on a small number of countries for wheat, corn, and rice. The recommendation: diversify imports.
