Dr. Sagi Dalyot is a research fellow at the Department of Mapping and Geoinformation Engineering, The Technion, heading the Environmental Crowdsourcing Lab (ECSL). His research focuses on leveraging open mapping data and geo-analytics to advance equal and liveable urban spaces, with emphasis on location-based and navigation services for impaired and vulnerable users. Sagi is the chair of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) Commission III on Spatial Information Management, and he is a member of the Working Group on Inclusive Cartography, the International Cartographic Association (ICA).
