Dr. Hatzav Yoffe is a research fellow specializing in the sustainability assessment of urban environments. He currently holds positions at both the World Economic Forum and Tel Aviv University, where he conducts research exploring the systemic impacts of novel low-carbon construction materials in construction.

Yoffe earned his Ph.D. in landscape architecture from the Technion in 2022 and completed post-doctoral research in industrial ecology at the University of Toronto in 2023. He obtained his M.LA from Harvard University in 2013 and a bachelor's degree from the Technion in 2009. Additionally, he is a registered landscape architect in Israel.

With expertise in landscape sustainability and technology, Dr. Yoffe's research focuses on developing sustainability assessment methods and measurements for construction, greenhouse gas emissions, climate-resilient urban design, and sustainable infrastructure.
